Our Mission Statement and values form the cornerstone of everything we do as a County Board and the way we interact between the Committees, County Board, our Clubs, our Managers and Coaches, our players, our parents, our supporters and the sports governing bodies.

Our passion for Ladies Gaelic Football and The Player will be at the core of everything we do.

Derry Ladies Gaelic Football will strive to offer all our players the pathway to play football at the highest standard they can in a safe, caring and respectful environment in which players, coaches, referees and official’s within ladies football are given the opportunity to participate and excel.

Our primary motive is setting and achieving targets and moving beyond our limits, enabling our players to achieve their highest goals in sport, developing our players physical, social, technical and psychological aspects of the game and improve their mental and physical well-being.

It is our ambition that the ladies game is showcased to a growing audience and contributes to the wider aims of a more confident, healthy and prosperous society, reaching beyond the game – using the power of football for health, education, social development and building towards equality in sport for women.
